     Items from back issues of the O'Fallon Progress:

     July 5, 1951: Leroy YAEGER Pumbing Company, located on North Oak St. since 1948, will open his new plumbing shop at 114 E. State St.

     May 19, 1953: Leroy YAEGER died.

     September 24, 1953: Russell O. WARMA bought the YAEGER Plumbing Co. from Mrs. Margaret YAEGER (after the death of her husband, Leroy). Mr. WARMA will operate the business from his home.

     July 15, 1954: Russ WARMA moved his plumbing and heating business to the YAEGER building at 114 E. State from his home at 309 W. Third.

     February 2, 1956: Russ WARMA announced the incorporation of his company.

     June 16, 1960: Russell WARMA bought the William FISCHER house at 112 E. State St. so that he can build an addition to his plumbing shop.

     March 7, 1968: Richard WADE announced that he has taken over ownership and management of the WARMA Plumbing and Heating Co.

     September 9, 1971 (ad): Public auction of equipment formerly owned by WADE Plumbing Co., doing business as WARMA Plumbing.

     December 16, 1971: Grand opening of O'Fallon Bakery at 114 E. State St.

     February 8, 1973: O'Fallon Bakery under new management.

     October 11, 1973: The LaROSA's Flowers and Photography shop opened at 114 E. State Street. The grand opening will be Oct. 28, 1973. (Note: They had been at 507 S. Lincoln.)
