O'Fallon Businesses 121 East State Street (South side of street)

April 27, 1922: E. A. and J. E. NOLD purchased some property from Andrew MOLLES.
April 24, 1947: Jerome LOYET, operator of a shoe repair shop on W. State Street at Cherry, purchased a lot at 121 E. First Street from E. A. NOLD of Litchfield.
April 24, 1947: Jerome LOYET purchased a business building at 105 E. Second Street from Cyril WOLFERSBERGER.
June 26, 1947: Jerome LOYET has his building moved to the 100 block of East State Street. The building will be completely renovated. He will open his shoe repair and shoe store there.
?, 1962: Russell LOYET took over the shoe store from his father.
August 15, 1968: Mrs. Lois CARSON is the new owner and operator of LOYET's Family Shoes at 121 E. State.
October 30, 1975: Final liquidation sale. Will continue to sell outdoorsmen shoes and have shoe repairs.
December 15, 1977 (ad): LOYET's Bootery and Repair.
October 23, 1980: Nolly's Nimble Thimble opened - operated by Nolly SZEFLER.
May 28, 1987: Nolly SZEFLER died on May 22.
?, 1987: Dimaggio's Pizza.
April 27, 1989: All Breed Pet Grooming (Nancy's) at 121 E. State.
?, 1993: Building empty.
?, 1994: AAABE Appliance Store.
?, 1995: Building empty.
June 2, 1996: Commercial building at 121 E. State from Kevin McCARTHY to Donald W. KRUEP.
Note: The building was renovated and now houses the KRUEP Construction Co.
